Verne Harnish “He who learns the fastest wins.” Mid-America Packaging is a continuous learning organization. Our entire staff participates in off-campus learning sessions on a regular basis.

We utilize Verne Harnish, founder of Gazelles, as a coach. In 2010 we joined Gazelles 22 Program. All of our executives participate in Business Forums, a unique communication model that provides unparalleled access to the wisdom of your peers during monthly meetings.

Financial Board The Financial Board guides us through the hard financial metrics needed to run a business in this tough economic climate.
