On April 20, Ken Schene, Paul Jovais, and Andy Schwartz attended a private tour of Zappos Factory. Growing from zero to over $1 billion in sales in 10 years, Zappos’ culture has remained constant. In 2009, they hit Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For.”

Zappos is a service company that happens to sell shoes. Their “WOW” Philosophy is imbedded in every customer interaction.
