eTamp Coldstore

Efficient, flexible, and safe tamp solution, now also available in a Coldstore version.

The Applicator features a lightweight yet rigid aluminum profile that supports adjustable stroke lengths, allowing seamless adaptation between different product types and heights. The Applicator is stepper motor driven instead of pneumatics, the eTamp offers enhanced safety, reduced weight, and increased precision. If an obstruction, such as a hand, is detected, the Applicator automatically returns to its home position to prevent injury.

  • Compatible Printers: D43 CS, D63 CS
  • Label positions: From side, from above
  • Applicator technology: Linear mechanical (electric) movement for labeling stationary objects
  • Specify label size on the order. An Applicator Pad and a Flex Mount need to be ordered separately

Co-Op - Collaborative Printer Solution

The core of the solution is the principle of collaboration. The printers in a Co-Op group communicate with each other and schedule each print job, in real time, to the printer that is most suited for the task, in other words, the printers share the workload.

The Co-Op group is controlled by one main printer. All additional printers are directly controlled by the main printer, and it will handle the rest of the “line control” by itself. The result is a scalable labeling solution that reduces operator stress, while maximizing uptime and throughput, without requiring any external hardware or software.

Modular System

Compact and intelligent building blocks provide the optimal solution for your specific Print & Apply requirements, even in very narrow spaces. The modules are designed to function seamlessly as a complete system, ensuring optimal functionality and user-friendliness.

They can be mounted in virtually any direction (exception: reels cannot point down). This enables label application on any side of your product and service from your preferred direction.

When building your product, configure and select acording to the Modular System chart (right).

Printers

We offer two sizes with several options: 4” and 6”, corresponding to the width of the printhead. This flexibility enables the effortless handling of a wide spectrum of label sizes.

T63 Printer

Tamp

eTamp

The eTamp Applicator features a lightweight yet rigid aluminum profile that supports adjustable stroke lengths ranging from 150 mm (5.9”) up to 850 mm (33.5”). This flexibility allows seamless adaptation between different product types and heights.

The Applicator is stepper motor driven instead of pneumatics, the eTamp offers enhanced safety, reduced weight, and increased precision.

Specifications:

  • Same as QuickTamp® except for the following:
  • Holds vacuum at the Applicator Pad all the way to the product. Suitable for slow apply speed or label size too small to handle with standard QuickTamp®

QuickTamp® Airless

Fully electric Print & Apply solution that delivers high speed and exceptional reliability. The QuickTamp® Airless also offers a retrofit option to reuse existing Evolabel QuickTamp® Applicator for new applications.

Wipe90

Allows fast, accurate and safe label application on one or two faces of the box. The unique tactile arm detects not only the product for perfect label apply but also any obstacle in its way – which enhances both safety and reliability.
